Know Business becomes Atlassian Solution Partner

Know Business is now an Atlassian Silver Solution Partner. Know Business is the only Solution Partner with a head office in Canberra, Australia.

Know Business still provides Program and Project services (you can see them under the services section of our website), however will have now expanded our services. We are very excited to be teamed up with Atlassian to provide consulting, sales, and technical services to deliver and implement client solutions on Atlassian products.

The journey (tools help)

Whilst you can have the best methodology, you need tools to help with collaboration, reporting on progress and delivery. Know Business has recommended Atlassian’s products previously and helped clients to get the most out of them.

I personally have been using Atlassian products since 2005 in Australian Government organisations:

• initially Jira Software in 2005 to help record and collaborate on a software delivery project;
• Confluence came into my world when my team needed to collaborate across organisation boundaries (sharing files, comments, guides, etc);
• my team project managed the upgrade of Govdex (Confluence and Jira Software), this was in 2013;
• for the last few years, I’ve been working to assist with delivering Government Programs. These are huge beasts, in which Jira Software, Portfolio for Jira with other Atlassian products are essential tools.
